Kunsttherapie und Arbeit mit kreativen Medien – Wege gegen die“multiple Entfremdung“ in einer verdinglichenden Welt

Entfremdung ist ein wichtiges und vieldiskutiertes Thema, das gerade heute in Zeiten globaler ökologischer Zerstörung, Wirtschaftskrisen, Kriegen, Verelendung der Dritten und Vierten Welt und zunehmender nationalistisch-isolationistischer Orientierung in vielen Staaten, die sich der Weltgemeinschaft entfremden, eine unausweichliche Fragestellung, aber auch mit Blick auf Politikern und ihre Anhänger, die Fremdenfeindlichkeit und ökologischen Raubbau propagieren. Deshalb wird hier ein Text von 1987 neu eingestellt, der nach wie vor hochaktuell ist. Ihm liegen zwei zusammengeführte und redaktionell bearbeitete Kongressvorträge von 1986/87 zugrunde. In ihnen entfaltet Hilarion Petzold das von ihm erarbeitete Konzept der „multiplen Entfremdung“ im Kontext von Therapie und Gesellschaft: Entfremdung vom Leib, der Lebenswelt, vom Mitmenschen usw. und natürlich auch von der Arbeit (Marx). Entfremdung und Verdinglichung sind die zentralen Faktoren der „anthropologischen Krankheitslehre“ der Integrativen Humantherapie. Zugehörigkeit/Affilitionund Lebendigkeit sind die Kernfaktoren ihrer anthropologischen Gesundheitslehre. Beides unterfängt die „klinische Gesundheitslehre“ der IT mit ihren Konzepten der „salutogenen Stimulierung“, den „protektiven und Resilienz-Faktoren“ (Petzold, Müller 2004d) und dem vitalen Frische-Faktor (Petzold 2010g) sowie der „klinischen Krankheitslehre“, welcher „pathogene Stimulierungen“ und „Risiko- und Schadenfaktoren“ zugrunde liegen (Petzold 1996f/2013; Petzold, Schuch 1991). Multiple Entfremdung als Krankheitsursache verlangt von PsychotherapeutInnen, die Frage nach den „Ursachen hinter den Ursachen“ und den „Folgen nach den Folgen“ (Petzold 1994c/2015) zu stellen und konkretes gesellschaftspolitisches Engagement, wie es die Integrative Therapie seit ihren Anfängen bis heute kennzeichnet (Petzold, Orth, Sieper 2013a). Alienation is an important and in many respects disputed topic. It is connected in times of global ecological destruction, economic crisis, impovrishment of the Third and Fourth World, increasing nationalistic/isolationistic orientation of many countries, which practice estrangement from the global community, with inevitable questions to be answered. This is also regarding politicians and their followers which are pushing xenophobia or popagate ecological overexploitation. This is the reason to poste anew a text from 1987 which is still having high relevance to the present situation. Its base are two congress lectures from 1986/87, here brought together and edited, in which Hilarion Petzold is expounding the concept of „multiple alienation“ inaugurated by him for the context of therapy and society: alienation from one’s own body, from the world of living, from our fellowmen etc., of course from labor (Marx). Alienation and reification are core factors of the “anthropological theory of illness” in Integrative Humane Therapy. Belonging/Affiliation and liveliness are the core factors of the “anthropological theory of health”. Both are underpinning the “clinical theory of health” of IT with its concepts of “salutogenetic stimulation”, “protective and resilience factors” (Petzold, Müller 2004d) and the vital factor of freshness (Petzold 2010g) as well as „clinical theory of illness“, based on „pathogenetic stimulation“ and „risik and damaging factors“ (Petzold 1996f/2013; Petzold, Schuch 1991).
