Supplementary Material for: Sequential Treatment of Generalized Pustular Psoriasis Combined with Bullous Pemphigoid Using Spesolimab and Dupilumab: A Case Report and Literature Review

We report a 58-year-old male with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) and bullous pemphigoid (BP) who achieved complete remission following sequential therapy with spesolimab and dupilumab. Initial treatment with acitretin resolved pustules but not bullae. Spesolimab, an IL-36 receptor antagonist, alleviated GPP within two weeks, while dupilumab, targeting the IL-4 receptor α, led to full resolution of BP and skin lesions within two months. This report presents the first successful treatment of GPP with BP using sequential spesolimab and dupilumab, offering a novel targeted therapeutic strategy. Further studies are warranted to validate this therapeutic approach.
