To investigate the role of RUVBL1/2 in neuroblastoma, we performed siRNA-mediated knockdown of RUVBL1 and RUVBL2 in CLB-BAR cells. Cells were transfected with Silencer Select siRNAs (Life Technologies) targeting RUVBL1 (ID S16369 and S16370) or RUVBL2 (ID S21307 and S21309) or a non-targeting scrambled control siRNA (S103650325, Qiagen), using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX, then cultured for 72 hours before RNA extraction and sequencing.
