Oil consumption in Europe and CIS 2000-2023

Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States consumed 863.7 million metric tons of oil in 2023. This represented a decrease in comparison to the previous year. During the period in consideration, figures decreased by over 60 million metric tons, peaking at 970 million metric tons in 2010.
