Study on antibiotic resistance genes in hospital wastewater and sludge water

Samples were collected from the sludge water generated during the concentration process of hospital wastewater and sludge. Based on metagenomic technology, the characteristic bacterial community in sludge water and the occurrence characteristics of ARGs were revealed, and they were associated with ARGs in hospital wastewater.
