The reports provide details of both the entry and departure of colonial and foreign vessels, the later ones having slightly more information - date of arrival or departure; master; tonnage; number of guns and men; build and when built; where registered; owner; destination or from whence; cargo; and clearance fees or duty paid. Each set of quarterly returns should include: Report of the Entries of Colonial Vessels Report of the Sailings of Colonial Vessels Report of the Entries of Foreign Vessels (including British), and Report of the Sailings of Foreign Vessels.
