When constructing the patent pledge dataset, we implemented a rigorous set of data governance rules and algorithms to ensure the high quality and practicality of the final dataset. First, after collecting raw data from multiple public channels, we conducted a series of data cleaning operations, including removing duplicate records, correcting erroneous information and imputing missing values, so as to improve the accuracy and integrity of the data. Next, to protect intellectual property and comply with privacy regulations, we encrypted sensitive information. Subsequently, we standardized the data formats from different sources through unified data conversion steps to facilitate subsequent analysis and processing.
