Here we examine the chromatin landscapes of HSCs from young (2 months) vs old (24 months) mice bone marrow. To determine the chromatin accessibility changes in HSCs during ageing, we FACS sorted HSCs (LSKCD150+CD48-) from young and old mouse bone marrow for bulk ATAC-seq.
