Happy and Happy for Families dataset for parents and children

Dataset of the Happy and Happy for Families project for children and parents. Totals are included for the emotional competences of awareness and regulation for parents, the competences of awareness, regulation, autonomy, social and life and well-being of children, as well as their state anxiety and total parental stress. The results show that children who participated with their families in the intervention with both video games obtained more favorable results than children who participated alone. These results are in line with the hypotheses put forward in the study, showing that the presence and participation of families is a favorable ally for enhancing the effects of the intervention.
