City of Bend water mains are defined by their role in distributing domestic water. Transmission mains bring non-potable water from the intake site to the Water Filtration Facility and City beyond. Distribution mains deliver the water from reservoirs and wells to the neighborhoods and streets of our residents. The data is sourced from as-built drawings and is adjusted by survey grade GPS verified valve locations. Attribute Information: Field Name Description AssetType Denotes the type of main. Types include distribution, transmission, production, and drain. AssetID A unique identifier for the asset class. Infor required field. InstallDate The date when the asset was installed. Typically pulled from as-builts for consistency. Infor required field. LifecycleStatus The current status of the asset with respect to its location in the asset management lifecycle. Infor required field. Diameter Diameter in inches of the water pipe. Material Material that the main line is constructed from. PressureZone Numbered areas bound by both a lower and upper elevation that require pressure adjustment between areas to keep pressures up high enough to achieve fire flow. PressureSubzone Sub zones within pressure zones for operators and maintenance purposes. LocationDescription Information related to the construction location or project name. Infor required field ProjectNumber The file number where the as-built for the asset can be found or the project number assigned in CityView.
