Key operating parameters of the equipment are collected, including date, equipment name, model, operating time, daily processed quantity, scrap quantity and other relevant metrics. Additionally, key performance indicators (KPIs) including equipment availability, processing pass rate, performance efficiency and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) are calculated, which provide critical support for the stable operation of the equipment. Based on the operating efficiency data of small vertical injection molding machines, enterprises can optimize production plans for electro-pneumatic proportional valve plastic components, improve production efficiency, and feed valuable data back to equipment manufacturers to facilitate product improvement and performance enhancement.
