Precocious development of self-awareness in dolphins

This study was conducted to investigate the early emergence of mirror self-recognition (MSR) in young bottlenose dolphins. We exposed two young dolphins to an underwater mirror and analyzed video recordings of their behavioral responses over a 3-year period.本研究旨在探究年轻瓶鼻海豚早期镜像自我认知（MSR）的出现。我们让两头年轻海豚接触水下镜子，并对其在三年期间的行为反应视频记录进行了分析。
