We investigated the heterogeneous cell populations breast cancer cell lines through single cell RNA sequencing technologies. The assay sequenced over 30,000 cells composing 49 unique subclusters. Following clustering, we identify unqiue gene markers in each population as well as deeper network functional preditiomns of key populations. Overall design: 17 scRNAseq samples without replicate. Culture breast cancer cell lines up to P6 and then processsed for scRNAseq through 10X 3' V3 kit.
