Metagenome of the rhizosphere soil of Bletilla striata

In this study, we selected Bletilla striata cultivated alone (C) and three adjacent agroforestry systems based on Bletilla striata (GAB): apple tree-Bletilla striata (PB), pear tree-Bletilla striata (LB), and peach tree-Bletilla striata (TB). We investigated and compared their soil chemical properties and bacterial communities to assess the impact of agroforestry on soil bacterial communities and the relationship between soil properties and bacterial communities in the GAB systems.
