Community Resilience Learning Collaborative and Research Network (C-LEARN): Phase 1

The Community Resilience Learning Collaborative and Research Network (C-LEARN) is a multiphase study to learn how best to enhance preparedness and resilience in disaster-prone communities in Southeast Louisiana. In Phase 1 of the study, we conducted qualitative interviews with community leaders, agency and organization heads, and other community stakeholders throughout Orleans Parish, East Baton Rouge Parish, and Coastal Louisiana. Interviews were meant to capture community needs, assets, partnerships, priorities, and previous experiences related to disaster exposure.
