RNA-seq during chondrocyte differentiation of iMSCs deived from iPSCs of healthy (AC-iPSCs) and OA chondrocytes (OA-iPSCs)

The global expression profile duirng chondrogenic differentiation of AC-iMSCs (#7) and OA-iMSCs (#5) was compared to determine the existance of memory of disease We performed pairwise differential gene expression analysis at day 0 and day 21 of chondrogenic differentiation and analyzed the effect of physiological state i.e. disease status of donor cells on chondrogenic potential of OA-iMSCs to demonstrate thr retention of OA-memory.
