Morphological and genetic data for B. vosnesenskii and B. vancouverensis across latitude and altitude

This project contains four files.Lozier_etal_ISD_beetraitdata_2014-2016.xlsx contains a metadata tab, site and bee trait data for two species, mean data per site, and a tab with spatial, environmental, and genetic distances. Lozier_etal_ISD_beetraitdata_vosaddonsamplesor2013.xlsx contains the same type of site and trait data as the previous file for only one species (Bombus vosnesenskii) and has some additional samples collected outside of our main study period (2013) to examine if adding additional samples would influence the lack of morphological trends seen in the main analyses.bcftools_vanc-q30_nosibs_N5_finalfilt.recode.vcf and bcftools_vos-q30_nosibs_N5_finalfilt.recode.vcf are VCF files that contain SNP data used in this study (10,000 random loci sampled from this set for genetic distance calculations)
