A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the mixed forest ecosystem at Heihe mixed forest Station from 2013 to 2024

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the Heihe mixed forest ecosystem from 2013 to 2024. The raw observation data were acquired by the eddy covariance system at the Mixed Forest Station in the downstream of the Heihe River Basin. The station is located in Ejina Banner In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The elevation is 874 m. We processed the raw observation data based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications to get this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In this dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
