phoD gene amplicon sequencing from long-term fertilization soils

This BioProject contains raw amplicon sequencing reads of the phoD gene from long-term fertilization soil samples collected in Zhejiang, China. The amplicons were sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq platform as paired-end reads, providing data to study bacterial community composition and soil phosphorus cycling.
