Phyloseq data products

Included here are the sequence and taxonomy tables as well as the fasta file before mitochondria and chloroplast ASVs were removed (12,479 ASVs). Also included are data for the three samples that were not part of the original analysis.--The taxonomy table (full_tax_table.txt) contains the complete SILVA lineage.--The sequence table (full_seq_table.txt) contains the raw read count for each ASV by sample.--The fasta file (full_ASV.fasta) contains all ASV sequences.Also included here are the same files after removing mitochondria and chloroplast ASVs (full_tax_table.txt, trim_seq_table.txt, trim_ASV.fasta). <br>
