Phyloseq data products

Included here are the sequence and taxonomy tables as well as the fasta file before mitochondria and chloroplast ASVs were removed (12,479 ASVs). Also included are data for the three samples that were not part of the original analysis.--The taxonomy table (full_tax_table.txt) contains the complete SILVA lineage.--The sequence table (full_seq_table.txt) contains the raw read count for each ASV by sample.--The fasta file (full_ASV.fasta) contains all ASV sequences.Also included here are the same files after removing mitochondria and chloroplast ASVs (full_tax_table.txt, trim_seq_table.txt, trim_ASV.fasta). <br>本数据集包含未去除线粒体和叶绿体ASV（Amplicon Sequence Variant）的序列表、分类学表及FASTA文件（共计12479个ASV），同时还包含未纳入初始分析的3份样本的相关数据。分类学表（full_tax_table.txt）包含完整的SILVA谱系信息。序列表（full_seq_table.txt）包含各样本中每个ASV的原始读段计数。FASTA文件（full_ASV.fasta）收录了全部ASV序列。此外还包含去除线粒体和叶绿体ASV后的上述同类文件，对应文件分别为full_tax_table.txt、trim_seq_table.txt及trim_ASV.fasta。
