<p>The datasetcontains experimental raw and processed data that was used to prepare the following article:<br /><span style="font-size:12.04px">V. Vlasenko, M. Nowagiel, M. Wasiucionek, T.K. Pietrzak: Stabilization of δ-like Bi2O3 Phase at Room Temperature in Binary and Ternary Bismuthate Glass Systems with Al2O3, SiO2, GeO2, and B2O3. Materials 17(16) (2024), 4023. </span><span style="font-size:12.04px">DOI: 10.3390/ma17164023</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12.04px">The data include X-ray diffraction patterns of four bismuthate glasses from systems containing Al2O3, SiO2, GeO2 and B2O3 (Bi2O3-Al2O3-GeO2, Bi2O3-Al2O3-SiO2, Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2, Bi2O3-SiO2). There are also diffraction patterns of the abovementioned samples taken at a range of temperature from room temperature to 750°C. We also present X-ray diffraction patterns for samples after optimized crystallization. The room temperature measurements have been studied in 5 to 115° range in Bragg-Brentano geometry in Panalytical Empyrean apparatus using CuK alpha radiation. The in-situ temperature scans have been taken in range 10 to 60° using </span><span style="font-size:12.04px">a Philips X’Pert </span><span style="font-size:12.04px">Pro diffractometer equipped with an Anton Paar HTK-1200 high temperature </span><span style="font-size:12.04px">furnace. The measurements were conducted in the air. </span><span style="font-size:12.04px">Acquisition of a single pattern lasted ca. 30 min and was performed after 20 min of the </span><span style="font-size:12.04px">temperature stabilization.</span></p><p>The dataset includes differential thermal analysis scans of the glasses carried out in a synthetic air flow with a heating rate of 10 °C/min using TA Instruments SDT Q600 analyzer.</p>
