组装允许不平衡挂重是确定螺旋桨静平衡试验在其制造和修理过程中是必不可少的一道工序,把不平衡重量控制在允许范围之内,对于防止螺旋桨在运转过程中可能发生的冲击及由此而引起的轴系振动和磨损是很有必要的。参考GB/T12916-2010《船用金属螺旋桨技术条件》的规定,进行静平衡试验,测定螺旋桨叶片质量、桨毂质量以及圆角处填料质量之和、螺旋桨旋转时其叶梢轨迹圆的直径、螺旋桨在额定功率时运转的转动速度。1、数据采集:记录桨叶平衡时装备总重量m、桨叶直径D和螺旋桨定额转速n。2、数据计算:采用公式计算桨叶半径R:R=桨叶直径D/2。根据螺旋桨定额转速n,参考GB/T12916-2010,确认系数C。采用公式计算组装允许不平衡挂重G:G=系数C×桨叶平衡时装备总重量m×1000/(桨叶半径R×(螺旋桨定额转速n)^2),单位g。3、数据结论:测试的组装允许不平衡挂重符合客户定制要求,则判定为合格,反之则为不合格。
Determining the allowable unbalanced hanging weight for assembly is an indispensable step in the static balance test of propellers during their manufacturing and repair processes. Controlling unbalanced weights within the allowable range is essential to prevent potential impacts during propeller operation, as well as the resulting shafting vibration and wear. Static balance tests shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 12916-2010 "Technical Specifications for Marine Metal Propellers", and the following parameters shall be measured: the sum of the mass of propeller blades, the mass of the hub and the mass of filler at the rounded corners, the diameter of the tip trajectory circle when the propeller rotates, and the rotational speed of the propeller during rated power operation. 1. Data Collection: Record the total mass m of the equipment used for propeller blade balancing, the blade diameter D, and the rated rotational speed n of the propeller. 2. Data Calculation: Calculate the blade radius R using the formula: R = D/2. Confirm the coefficient C in accordance with GB/T 12916-2010 based on the rated rotational speed n of the propeller. Calculate the assembly allowable unbalanced hanging weight G using the formula: G = (C × m × 1000) / (R × n²), with the unit of gram (g). 3. Data Conclusion: If the tested assembly allowable unbalanced hanging weight meets the customer's customized requirements, the propeller is deemed qualified; otherwise, it is deemed unqualified.
