IMPROVING RESOURCE EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF "GREEN" MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES IN TOURISM ENTERPRISES

This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of improving resource efficiency management mechanisms through the systematic implementation of “green” management principles in tourism enterprises. The study examines the theoretical foundations of environmental management, the economic and institutional aspects of rational resource use, as well as innovative approaches aimed at ensuring the efficient utilization of energy, water, and material resources. The article substantiates the importance of management instruments, environmental audit systems, and digital monitoring tools necessary for ensuring sustainable development in tourism enterprises. As a result of the study, comprehensive management mechanisms aimed at increasing resource efficiency have been developed.
