联合银行，以用户授权、契约式使用为前提，公积金、社保等数据为支撑，共同设计开发信用类贷款风控模型，处理后得到不可反推原始数据的等级和评分数据，银行再度进行二次运算分析后完成线上授信放款，实现政府数据服务模式创新与价值释放的方法探索。

Jointly partnered banks, under the premise of user authorization and contractual data usage, jointly design and develop credit loan risk management models supported by data such as housing provident fund and social security contributions. Following data processing, graded and scored data that cannot be reverse-engineered to retrieve the original raw data are produced. The banks then conduct a second round of computational analysis to complete online credit approval and loan disbursement, thus realizing the exploration of innovative government data service models and the release of their potential value.
