ChIP-seq genome-wide maps of nuclear receptor ROR? chromatin state in the liver of pig exposed to mycotoxin

We show that ROR? functions as a master activator of the entire mevalonate pathway-cholesterol biosynthesis program in the porcine liver. ROR? genome-wide binding enrichments in the liver were significantly reduced in response to mycotoxin exposure. Overall design: Liver samples were isolated from piglets with/without mycotoxin exposure and collected for ChIP-seq assay.
