资源简介:
We present a morphometric dataset of Basiliscus vittatus obtained from individuals captured in a suburban population of Villahermosa, Tabasco, in southeastern Mexico. This lizard species is common in disturbed and peri-urban environments, but little information is available on its body parameters in suburban contexts. The dataset includes standard measurements (snout-cloaca length, tail length, head length, head width, hind limb length, weight, among others) taken during capture events. All variable labels are in Spanish. This dataset is useful for urban ecology studies, functional morphology (including its ability to run on water), and assessments of population health in anthropized environments.
