Oxford Rabbit Ventricular Model This file contains a tetrahedral finite element mesh representation of the Oxford Rabbit Ventricular Model. Data can be visualised directly with the Meshalyzer software. TYPES OF MESH CONTAINED OxfordRabbit => mesh containing both the intracellular (myocardial) mesh plus the extracellular (bath) mesh. OxfordRabbit_i => mesh containing only the intracellular (myocardial) mesh. (Note that all elements in the extracellular domain have corresponding fibre orientation vectors of [0 0 0].) ELEMENT FILES (*.elem) #Number_of_Elements Element_type Node1_0 Node2_0 Node3_0 Node4_0 Tag ... Element_type Node1_N Node2_N Node3_N Node4_N Tag where Tag specifies the particular region associated with the element: 0 = bath 5 = normal myocardium 6 = papilary muscles/ large trabeculations and where Element_type specifies the type of element (in this case 'Tt' for tetrahedral).
