资源简介:
In agricultural activities, the discovery and utilization of microbial resources with biocontrol functions is one of the important methods to ensure crop yield. In this study, the strain SK007 were isolated from soil, and its taxonomic status was clarified. Its antagonistic effect on various plant pathogens and potential biocontrol functions were also verified. The classification status of the SK007 was determined by 16S rRNA gene and genome. The antagonistic effect of SK007 on Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria brassicicola, Alternaria alternata, Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium solani was studied by antagonistic experiment. The experiments that predict the potential antibiotic genes are performed by Antismash.Based on 16S rDNA, genome sequence, average nucleotide identity (ANI) and DNA-DNA hybridization (DDH), it was shown that SK007 belongs to Bacillus velezensis; B. velezensis SK007 has the ability to produce lipopeptide antibiotics and polyketide antibiotics that have strong resistance for various plant pathogenic fungus; B.velezensis SK007 has the larger number and higher abundance of antibiotic gene clusters in the genome.B.velezensis SK007 has excellent traits in plant disease resistance, and it will play a important role in disease resistance and yield increase, the potential of B.velezensis SK007 that is developed as the biocontrol agents need more research.
