Drosophila Orchard Mesocosm Study 2021

This database includes raw sequencing reads from samples collected across twelve time points from early July through mid-December in a series of twelve, replicate unmanipulated outdoor mesocosm cages ('E Cages'), and ten replicate cages in which pesticides were added for a portion of the growing season ('P Cages'). The mescoosm is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.Each sample represents reads from pooled sequencing of 100 female flies collected within a particular replicate cage/population and at a specific time point.
