Whole-genome sequencing of Epstein-Barr virus from patients with lymphomas

This dataset contains whole-genome sequencing data of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) obtained from tumor samples of 22 patients with EBV-positive nodal T- and natural killer (NK)-cell lymphoma (EBV+ nPTCL), a peripheral T-cell lymphoma that presents as a primary nodal disease with T-cell phenotype and EBV-harboring tumor cells. The viral genomes were analyzed to characterize EBV structural variations in this lymphoma entity.
