Hays Inlet Eco Path and Habitat Restoration

This project, one of three, aims to secure and enhance the site by reducing and or eliminating present and future threats to its current level of biodiversity and undertaking measures to increase that biodiversity. To do this the Green Army will be involved in the immediate threat reduction of invasive species, controlling erosion, reducing pollution and undertaking fire prevention activities. They will do this by undertaking invasive species control, assessing and installing erosion control measures, rubbish clean up and control and planting of indigenous flora with species integral to the management of the threats and contributing to the stabilisation and overall growth in future biodiversity on this site.
