Processed APC Data from QUB using Open Article Gauge

The Article Processing Charges data released by QUB (http://dx.doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.997733) was processed using the Open Article Gauge (http://howopenisit.org) to determine licenses automatically. The OAG performed well apart from one (known) issue with a rare BMC licenses statement that needs to be fixed. In a few cases the publisher is not yet supported so a free-to-read paper is reported as failed-to-obtain-license. In one case (AIP) it is unclear how we could fix that in practice.
