Characterization of the human 143B cell line with knockout of SRGAP2

An RNA-seq study of altered gene expression and mutations in human 143B cells (a TK- derivative of the HOS cell line) with and without knockout (KO) of SRGAP2. The analysis of the RNA-seq data led to the identification of a set of genes downregulated in the SRGAP2 KO samples, as well as a couple of potential off-target CRISPR events. Overall design: For the knockouts, CRISPR was used to target exon 4 of SRGAP2A, SRGAP2B, and SRGAP2C. Variations in gene expression as well identification of acquired mutations were studied using various RNA-seq analysis tools.
