Replication Data for: Biodiversity of macroalgae-associated invertebrates in the marine protected area of Alcatrazes Archipelago, southeastern Brazil

This study describes and illustrates for the first time the biodiversity of macroinvertebrates associated to seaweed habitats in the Alcatrazes Archipelago, the largest Marine Protected Area (MPA) in the state of São Paulo, southeast Brazil. This dataset represents the species list recorded in this study.
