资源简介:
First data release with timestamp annotations for biomedical evidence in the Open Targets Platform (23.06) and a novelty score for target-disease associations. Timestamps include the primary source date, curation date or project date of the evidence. The evolution over the years of source-specific association scores, overall association scores and novelty scores are calculated for each year based on the accumulated timestamped evidence. Direct evidence was propagated through the disease ontology to obtain indirect evidence files. The files are in parquet format. For more details, read Falaguera et al. preprint "Temporal trends in novel drug target discovery reveal the increasing importance of human genetic data" or visit https://github.com/opentargets/timeseries/. Files provided here are:
evidenceDated: Biomedical evidence annotated with their timestamps, including primary source date, curation date or project date.
associationByDatasourceIndirectOverYears: Evolution of source-specific target-disease association scores and novelty over the years based on timestamped evidence (after ontolgy propagation).
associationByOverallIndirectOverYears: Evolution of overall target-disease association scores and novelty over the years based on timestamped evidence (after ontolgy propagation).
associationsWithNoveltyPeak2023.csv: Target-Disease associations with novelty peaks equal or greater than 0.4 in 2023.
