The transcriptome sequencing conducted in this study aimed to systematically analyze the changes in gene expression profiles in the colon of aged mice under the intervention of purple sweet potato anthocyanins, and to screen for differentially expressed genes and identify key regulatory pathways. This data provides a comprehensive transcriptomic resource for in-depth exploration of how natural food ingredients improve intestinal function damage caused by aging. Through the sharing of this dataset, it can provide basic data support for subsequent studies such as gene function verification, molecular marker development, and evolutionary analysis by peers, and has significant academic value and application prospects.
