Hydrogen producing Bacterial Consortia in Food Waste Dark Fermentation under Different Temperatures and Cultivation Modes

We cultivated culture broths under mesophilic and thermophilic conditions using food waste as substrate, and comprehensively analyzed the effects of batch and fed-batch methods on hydrogen productivity and bacterial community composition. The results are expected to contribute to the construction of a sustainable energy production system through food waste recycling and provide a scientific basis for optimizing the efficiency of the dark fermentation process.
