Data and code for: Build orientation modulates the parameter sensitivity of MEX-PLA tensile properties.
收藏资源简介:
Data and analysis code supporting the article "Build orientation modulates the parameter sensitivity of MEX-PLA tensile properties" (Scientific Reports, submission 43b74ab4-9610-4424-96e0-4a2927fce9e9). Contents: - code/ — Python analysis pipeline. Paths resolve relative to the deposit root, so it runs from any directory and on any platform.- data/ — analysed dataset (180 specimens, 36 conditions, five replicates each, flat and on-edge), the four per-array tensile summaries, micro-CT slice summaries for five scanned conditions, fractographic measurements, and the raw Instron exports for the eight confirmation groups.- derived/ — the analysis outputs behind every table and figure in the article.- audit/ — 149 numeric checks, each value quoted in the manuscript against its recomputed counterpart. Reproduction: from the deposit root, run code/17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in sequence; the last prints "149/149 checks passed" and exits non-zero if any manuscriptvalue disagrees with the data. code/01 and code/06 regenerate the analysed dataset exactly from the raw tensile summaries. The deposit was verified by copying it outside the authors' working tree and re-running the pipeline there: every shipped output was reproduced byte forbyte. The flat-orientation tensile data were published previously (Faizaan et al., Scientific Reports 15, 3103 (2025), doi:10.1038/s41598-025-87348-2) and arereused here under attribution to that article. The on-edge data, the tomographic and fractographic measurements, and all analyses reported here are new.
