CIR-ARM Replication Package

The CIR-ARM Replication Package includes all materials required to reproduce the evaluation process presented in this paper. Specifically, it contains (i) the assessment questionnaire derived from the defined KPIs, (ii) scoring and aggregation templates implementing the CIR-ARM evaluation model, (iii) dataset templates used for SME characterization, (iv) the CIR-ARM Mechanisms Catalog, and (v) roadmap generation templates. These artifacts enable the full replication of the assessment, gap identification, and roadmap construction processes in SME environments.
