Supporting data for 'Epstein-Barr virus BART lncRNAs induce IKZF3/Aiolos to maintain EBV latency and promote tumorigenicity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma'

The datasets contains raw data for three result chapters of my thesis, which are chapter 3, 4 and 5. These rawdata were utilized to generate the results for three chapters. The raw data of chapter 3 comprise immunohistochemistry analysis of clinical specimens, bioinformatic analysis of public datasets, western blot and RT QPCR results. The raw data of chapter 4 comprise immunoflorescent analysis figures, western blot, sphere and colony formation figures, bioinformatic analysis, RNA-seq fastaq files and RT-Q-PCR datasets. The raw data of chapter 5 comprise mice experiment records, immunohistochemistry analysis figures, western blot and RT-Q-PCR datasets.
