RNA-seq of KG1a cells transfected with shRAB27B lentivirus

Here, we found that RAB27B, an exosome secretion regulatory gene, was overexpressed in LSCs and associated with the poor prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. The increased RAB27B in LSCs prevented their senescence and maintained their stemness in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, we performed RNA-seq using shCTRL- and shRAB27B-transduced KG1a cells to explore the mechanism.
