Transcriptome sequencing of naked oat (Avena sativa ssp. nuda) under salt stress at the seedling stage

Limited reports are available on salt-tolerant genes in oat. In this study, we evaluated the salt tolerance of oat germplasm at the seedling stage and selected accessions with contrasting salt tolerance for transcriptome sequencing and analysis, which lays a foundation for identifying key genes regulating salt tolerance in oat.
