High throughput-seq of two biogas upgrading systems

Bioelectrochemical CO2 reduction is a promising method for biogas upgrading. In this study, biogas-upgrading performance was compared in two different microbial electrolysis cells (MECs) constructed with different biocathode materials; carbon brush or a graphite plate. Microbial comnunity of bulk sludge and electrode surface in two MECs was obtained to study the microbial mechanism of biogas upgrading.
