Genomic analysis of Lonepinella-like bacteria associated with koala and human wound infections. Lonepinella

Complete genome of four Lonepinella-like isolates together with the Lonepinella koalarum type strain (ACM3666) were generated and annotated. The four Lonepinella-like isolates were previously obtained from human wound infection following koala bite and sequenced on PacBio platform. Comparative genomic analysis demonstrated that none of the clinical isolates were the same species as the type strain.
