This article analyzes student motivation in the educational process, the factors that shape it, and current issues in motivation management. The influence of academic motivation on the effectiveness of learning activities and the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivations are scientifically and theoretically substantiated. Pedagogical methods and practical recommendations for increasing motivation and its effective management in the educational process are also discussed.
