This data-set contains the RNA sequencing of adipose tissue RNA from two anatomical location (abdomen and thigh). The tissue samples were taken by Karen Herbst and the RNA isolation and sequencing were performed by the Scherer Lab. The studies' goal was to elucidate transcriptional pattern that correlate with lipedema.
