Soil Discrete Spectrum

This dataset contains discrete near-infrared reflectance spectra of soils paired with SI-traceable gravimetric soil moisture content (SMC) reference values, measured with a seven-LED transfer-standard spectrometer (970, 1100, 1150, 1300, 1450, 1650, and 1900 nm) using a 0°/45° illumination–detection geometry. Reference SMC was determined by loss-on-drying, traceable to the TÜBİTAK UME primary-level system, and spans dry conditions up to about 25%. It accompanies the article: A.H.
