Hypoxia-induced LncRNA SLC1A5-AS Enhances Glutamine Uptake by Increasing the Protein Level of ASCT2 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells [mito]

To identify differentially expressed oncogenic lncRNAs in the mitochondria of HCC cells under hypoxia, hypoxia cell models of PHH and two HCC cell lines (Huh-7 and Hep-3B) were constructed, then we isolated mitochondrial RNA from the different groups after treatment with CoCl2 for 0, 6, and 12 hours for RNA-seq. Overall design: Screening of the oncogenic mitochondria-associated lncRNAs under the cutoffs with Log 2 (Fold Change) > 5 (Wilcoxon Test < 0.01) in Huh-7 and Hep-3B cells compared with PHH cells.
