Rhizoctonia solani strain:AG1-IA_HG81 Genome sequencing

Rhizoctonia solani, a devastating filamentous fungal pathogen, causes diseases on various crops and trees, leading to huge economic losses worldwide. Though vital and pressingly needed, our understanding of the interaction between R. solani and crops remains poor. The high-quality genome presented in this study facilitates the understanding of interactions between R. solani and crops and provides bases to better control crop diseases.
